Nara is a decor brand, offering a wider range of minimal, versatile, and functional pieces designed for everyday use, while staying mindful of pricing and accessibility. Their philosophy is rooted in making good design approachable with all their pieces being crafted with care, designed with intention and priced to feel within reach.
brief
The client wanted to launch a Shopify store that felt warm, inviting, and design-forward. The brief emphasized a minimal, cozy aesthetic inspired by references like Ferm Living, with the brand personified as an introverted, design-conscious, community-oriented persona that makes visitors feel at home.
build
We worked closely with the client at every stage, guiding them through the design journey: Moodboarding → Figma Explorations → Customized Development & Build. The design direction balanced minimalism with warmth, using subtle color choices and generous white space to echo the brand’s welcoming identity.
Alongside design, we handled the end-to-end Shopify development as well as backend store setup, implementing custom features and code-level refinements. By the end, the client had a fully built store, launch-ready and designed to set them up for long-term success.

The store launched successfully first week of October 2025, with a look and feel that embodies the intended “Nara personality”: warm, minimal, and inviting. Early feedback from the client was extremely positive. They felt the site captured their vision and provides a strong foundation to grow from.
